Through the years Jeremy has discovered a desire for helping individuals and families overcome their struggles and become more comfortable seeking help when it is needed. Jeremy enjoys providing individual and family counseling for children, adolescents and adults who experience challenges with managing problems associated with anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues and family conflicts. Jeremy assists clients with identifying and working towards personal goals to help improve their overall quality of life.

Jeremy’s approach to counseling involves various models of therapy which include person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and reality therapies; as well as a focus and emphasis on whole health. Jeremy has a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adult males. Jeremy’s work helps break the stigma associated with mental health and encourages more males to participate in counseling to address issues that impact their lives and relationships.

Jeremy has years of experience facilitating individual and family sessions with children and adolescents with behavioral problems in school and the community, adolescents involved in the juvenile justice system, working with children and adolescents in the foster care and group home settings, as well as with men struggling with addiction and stage of life challenges. Additionally, Jeremy values and promotes a healthy therapeutic relationship with clients. Through this therapeutic alliance, Jeremy’s work to provide the most appropriate treatment and employ the most effective strategies to address presenting concerns.”
